These policies ensure all student clubs operate with discipline, inclusivity, and alignment to the mission of Aadhavan College. They promote creativity, teamwork, and holistic student growth.

- Ensure equality, transparency, and discipline.
Each club must have a Faculty Coordinator, Student Secretary, and approved activity plan. Registration is under the Student Development Council.
Clubs must conduct regular meetings, maintain records, and align all events with the core values of the college.
Each club should organize at least two major activities per semester and submit an annual report to the IQAC for review.
Members should maintain respect and professionalism in all activities. Misuse of club name or resources will lead to disciplinary action.
All students have equal rights to participate, irrespective of background or department. The Gender Club and Women Development Cell promote inclusivity.
Clubs like NCC, NSS, Legal Literacy, and Youth Exnora International collaborate with community organizations to promote social welfare and civic values.
